What to expect when you book a consultation.

After booking for a consultation, please confirm that you are willing to proceed. After the confirmation, we will issue you with a quotation that clearly states the agreed estimate or a package, or the minimum of five hours of service (depending on what you have selected). We will also give you a billing plan. You will also be required to sign a service agreement showing that you have understood the terms and conditions as well as the confidentially clause. We will create your online client account for you. A welcome email will be sent to you with all the login details. You will receive information on how you can log into your online office area where you will be working, and you also will receive clear instructions on how you will be using the client account.
